After wearing these boots every single twenty-four hours for over four years, I'm finally ordering my second pair. -Not that the pair I have now NEED to be replaced, though. They still serve me very well. I'yard but gear up for a new pair on the basis of aesthetics after I gave these everything I could. Altama makes near identical boots that didn't terminal one-half as long on me. The soles on these are made of the toughest and longest-lasting cloth I've ever worn on a combat boot. At that place are no issues with them separating from the remainder of the boot. Like the product name says, they're suitable for hot weather, even the rural Arizona desert that I live and piece of work in. They're comfortable, also. Never felt the demand to buy additional insoles for them. The Cordura uppers held up like they'll last a century, leather parts hold their shape and wait fine- no problem with bones care every few months (don't use wax-based "smooth" on any leather footwear, though), and the contumely fittings withal only wore through their coating in a few places-- And I put these through a lot hiking and working over rough granite and through thick desert brush on a regular footing. Only complaint is that I had to sew together the strap upwards the back of the boot back on in one spot right above the leather where my ankle flexes. I probably didn't even need to, but some rudimentary mannish stitches with heavy duty thread did the trick permanently for just a few minutes' work. Mind yous, that repair only came to my attention after a few years of abuse. All-in-all, I am done shopping around through various brands to find the best Vietnam-style jungle boots. Even polished this pair to a squeamish smooth for my sis's wedding, as I just fabricated my plans to get in concluding-minute and lacked dress shoes. Proud to do so, and proud to be ordering my second pair at present. 100% recommended.

Every bit a apartment footed person it seems hard for me to observe foot clothing that doesn't hurt my feet after awhile, peculiarly in boots. These are definitely not hard on my anxiety and are well made. I accept endemic more expensive foot wear that does not have this level of quality. The only thing I volition point out is the website says order a full size smaller than normal footwear. I did non need to do this. I got what I unremarkably wear and they fit just fine and experience completely comfortable.

First time ownership McRae jungle boots and am VERY impressed! Very well-made, heavy duty stitching, eyelets and overall construction----super quality to say the least. And super fast shipping! These aren't your average eBay jungle boots made in People's republic of china by whatsoever means. When it says to order a full size smaller than your casual shoes, believe it. I wear a 11.v reg' and the 10.5 reg' boots I ordered fit PERFECTLY. If you lot want good boots, go 'em here!
